We promise that we will start processing every loan application within 9 minutes of it being submitted*

We thoroughly assess each application to comply with our Responsible Lending requirements, and this involves a comprehensive review of your bank statements to ensure the loan is affordable. We also combine a range of credit checks and additional assessments to make certain that the loan will be suitable for your individual circumstances. Each application is different, so the time between application and final approval will vary. But if everything is submitted correctly then our automated system allows us to process loan applications within minutes not hours. For fast loan approvals we need you to complete the online application form entirely with your bank statements submitted via CreditSense's online system.

We can only process a loan while our staff are in the office. This is between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). And for all individual applications completed outside of these times, we promise to start processing them before 9:09 am the following business day.

The online application is pretty straight forward. You’ll know the answers to all of the questions about yourself. And if you’ve got your NZ Driver Licence or Passport handy it will be really easy. Our assessment is mostly automated, combining the data from your application, an assessment of your income and expenses through your bank statements, a credit check and identity verification.

You can submit your bank statements with Credit Sense’s instant account verification. This is the easiest way for you to send them and allows us to assess it quickly and provide fast loan approvals.

• Complete the whole application form correctly.
• Provide the correct ID details (must be an NZ Driver Licence or Passport).
• Provide the rego plate of the vehicle you’re using as security.
• Submit bank statements through Credit Sense’s online system.
• Apply within business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm excluding public holidays).

We’ll start the clock the second we get your bank statements and promise that one of our team will start assessing your application within 9 minutes.
